我在三个时间点为企业提供帮助：在做出决定之前，在项目进行之中，以及上线之后价值迟迟没有兑现之时。我独立于SAP，也独立于实施合作伙伴，所以我的建议着眼于您的业务，而不是为了推销更多工作。

SAP健康检查与审计
对您的系统、流程以及系统目前的使用方式进行结构化评审。您会得到一份清晰的清单：哪些运转良好，哪些存在问题，以及应当按价值高低优先解决哪些问题。
SAP适用性评估
