Joseph Pia Sues Joycelyn Engle and Others Over Shanon’s Rainbow.
Entertainment attorney Joseph G. As alleged in the complaints, the defendants Engle, DiPalma, Michelle, and Supernova Media are being sued for undertaking an active campaign to spread false statements about Joseph Pia, Kelly Nelson, Larry Richert, John Mowod, the film Shannon’s Rainbow, its investors, and the film company Shannon’s Rainbow, LLC.
Claims against Engle, DiPalma, Michelle, and Supernova Media for fraud, self dealing, interference with the company’s rights to distribute and commercialize the film, copyright infringement, breach of fiduciary duties, conversion/theft, cialis 36 hour misrepresentations, and other wrongful conduct are subject to the judicial process.
