Chinese Media Is Vulgar Laments Its Culture Minister

Cai Wu’s statement seem to be the follow up of President Hu Jintao’s views which were made very clear when he said just two weeks ago that the country’s cultural scene was filled with ‘vanity, vulgarity, and kitsch’.
